The days are getting longer, and the birds are beginning to re-emerge here on the farm. Take a tour of the greenhouses where our seedlings, carefully tended by our farm team, are sprouting higher. The excitement is building for another year of seed to table dining and long hikes in nature’s bounty.

Shed the covers of winter and rediscover the great outdoors together. Stroll or bike the trails and explore the grounds at your leisure. Take a tour to talk to the farmers, see the fields, and meet some feathered friends.

Celebrate Memorial Day and the beginning of the summer season here at Southall. Nature is in bloom across our hundreds of acres this month…across the fields, in the forests, and flower beds. Savor the season’s menus reflective of our seed to fork food philosophy.

This month we’re proudly parading out the red, white, and blue. In our part of Tennessee the 4th of July is always a sacred salute for fun, family, and America the beautiful. With hundreds of wide open acres, free amenities, and authentic seed to fork dining, we redefine freedom.

The summer clock is ticking, so this is the month to pull out all the stops. Take aim with axe throwing, cool off in the pool and canoe on Lake Mishkin. It’s the harvest season, so tour the gardens and greenhouses and meet the ingredients for your next dining experience.
