The Greenhouses

Standing as beacons at the entrance of Southall, our greenhouses create a controlled environment that nourishes growth while representing our mission to blend the best of old and new.

On one side, our 5,000-square-foot propagation greenhouse features annual food producers including native flowers, shrubs, trees, and vines. It also houses a classic French orangerie, with various species of rare and delicious citrus.

On the other side, a 10,000-square-foot hydroponic greenhouse features a bio-controlled system that produces hundreds of pounds of nutrient-rich lettuces and leafy greens each week. As part of our plan to create a true aquaculture environment beneath the lights, we are also raising hybrid striped bass in 500-gallon tanks. It is yet another example of how these systems come full circle to work together and support one another.
