Join us at the Jammery for an intimate 4 pour tasting experience combining gourmet honey, exquisite wines, and delectable small plates. Guests will interact 1 on 1 with our Executive Chef, Head Beekeeper, and Head Sommelier while learning how to properly taste honey, enjoy perfectly paired regional wines, and discover the seasonal bounty our property has to offer.

Food Fables
$150 PER PERSON | 1.5 HOURS
Have you ever considered where your food comes from? Have you looked at a vegetable and wondered “how did this come to be?” At Southall we are able to provide those answers and take you on a journey from seed to soul.
Join our Farm Manager Peyton and Chef Richard Jones as we take you down the rabbit hole to unveil the origins and history of our food & agriculture system, and to discover delicious & creative recipes on the way.
This opportunity is quintessential Southall. Guests will be delighted by a 3-course tasting menu that highlights the vegetable de jour, plus outstanding wine pairings introduced by Sommelier Brandon. The experience includes learning detailed lifecycle and growing information, as well as handy hints for growing the featured vegetable for yourself at home. Guests will leave with a recipe folder, inspired to share with friends & family, and a rekindled love of vegetables!
