Eric Wareheim and Joel Burt, for a unique two night event.
May 23rd + May 24th


Tuesday, May 23rd: Welcome Party

Join us for an intimate sunset party at the Hilltop Pavilion. Break bread with Eric Wareheim, Joel Burt, and the Southall Culinary team over the fire while enjoying aggressive pours of Las Jaras’s energetic wines and learning the stories behind them. Expect heavy passed dishes, displayed treats, oysters, caviar, and wood-fired pizzas that Eric will be pulling straight from the pizza oven.

$500/person inclusive of your meal, wine, tax, and gratuity.


Wednesday May 24th: Dinner

Return to Southall for an evening of passing multiple courses and sipping wine at the Conservatory Terrace. Eric Wareheim, winemaker at Las Jaras and author of “Foodheim: A Culinary Adventure” will be cooking alongside the Southall Culinary Team over the fire. Live music, yard games, and first pours will start at 6pm followed by dinner service at 7pm.

$500/person inclusive of your meal, wine, tax, and gratuity.


Don’t worry about driving home, with a ticket to either dinner (or both) you’ll be eligible for a discounted room rate of $545 at Southall (including breakfast at Sojourner!)

As dinner will be outdoors, dress is casual and comfortable. Come as you are.

You must contact reservations 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of ticket price. In case of inclement weather, dinner will be moved indoors. Weather call will be made the morning of, and you will be contacted via email.
