Graham Stanley
Director of Sales and Marketing
A large potato farm in Twin Falls, Idaho, was home to generations of Graham Stanley’s family, and that would have been a natural path for him to take. Instead, he was attracted to a new tourism development and management program at Arizona State University, which took him to Nicaragua to study the creation of emerging destinations in sustainable tourism. After graduation, he interned at and ultimately became Director of Leisure Sales at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, Arizona.
Later, he became Director of Group Sales at Paws Up, a 37,000-acre luxury ranch resort on the Blackfoot River in the mountains outside of Missoula, Montana, where the glamping concept was made popular among well-heeled travelers seeking unforgettable experiential vacations. Under Graham’s leadership, group sales exploded at Paws Up—business meeting groups and destination wedding parties loved cattle drives, fly fishing where “A River Runs Through It” was filmed, and live-fire gourmet meals on the range as much as the resort’s celebrity guests did.
And while he never thought he would leave the mountain paradise to come east, an opportunity to build the 1,100-acre Foxhall Resort in Atlanta from the ground up lured him away. A former polo farm, Foxhall was a premier wedding destination, Sporting Club, and corporate retreat under Graham’s leadership as Managing Director. Then the pandemic hit.
Graham had followed the progress at Southall over the years and was intrigued by the project. As Director of Sales and Marketing, he now oversees all aspects of outreach, coordination, and relationship management for group and leisure guests at Southall, helping ensure that your time on the farm exceeds every expectation.
